Keep making the videos, especially these training sessions which I miss myself. I fractured my hip during a 70.3 race a week ago from a combined stress fracture up until race day (didn’t knew), unlucky stucked dismount from the bike (initial strong pain) and increased fracture during the run (DNF’ed at km 20). Set to be out from long and good sessions for 3-6 months, it helps my boring situation watching your videos. Before, I wanted great shoes and all of those you thought you needed in the sport, but man… I just want to be able to jog a kilometre and do the sport as long my body allows me to do it, because one day, your body will eventually retire before your mind. Thanks for making and sharing the joy, Daniel and team!💪
